Kendal Museum is seeking a Volunteer Marketing Assistant to support its marketing and communications team. This role offers hands-on experience promoting exhibitions, events, and educational programs, and is ideal for someone looking to build skills in cultural marketing.

As a volunteer, you will help create content for social media, assist with distributing promotional materials, support website updates, and contribute to marketing campaigns. You may also help photograph events, research outreach opportunities, and gather visitor feedback.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in marketing or museums, and a proactive, organized approach. Familiarity with social media is important, and any experience with design tools, websites, or content creation is a bonus but not required.
