Kendal Museum is easy to reach, whether you’re on foot, cycling, taking the train or driving!

By train: The Museum is located opposite Kendal train station. The connection to Oxenholme Lake District is five minutes.

By bike: We have a bike rack by the front door of the Museum.

By car: The car park is pay and display and is situated adjacent to the Museum. The postcode is LA9 6BT and the car park entrance is marked with brown signs and is directly opposite the David Hayton car sales showroom building.

The car park fee is £2 for 3 hours and £5 all day.  There is a pay and display machine.

By foot: Station Road, Kendal, LA9 6BT
